The IIDA Business Leaders Breakfast is the premier industry event connecting professionals from the design and business communities. Each year guests are inspired and challenged by nationally recognized speakers to explore and incorporate innovative ideas into their creative practice.

We got to hear guest speaker Ryan Estis who is a former Chief Strategy Officer for McCann-Erickson Advertising and now serves as the Chief Experience Officer in his own training organization. Ryan’s presentation “Passion on Purpose” gave us some great insights gleaned from his travels all over the world. He shared with us us an inside look at what the world’s best companies do differently with the goal of helping us initiate change, improve performance and deliver growth for our companies.
