Officeworks Announces Major Executive Leadership Transition to Drive Future Growth

BOSTON, MA – Officeworks (www.officeworksinc.com) today announced a significant executive leadership transition effective January 1st. Mark Loughlin, the owner of Officeworks and Bill Palmer, the co-owner of Officeworks South, will transition day-to-day leadership to a newly appointed executive team, positioning the organization for its next phase of evolution and expansion.

New Executive Appointments

Leading the new executive team, Chris Hanes has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Sarah Finnegan has been named Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, she will oversee Sales, Marketing, Design, Project Management, and Client Services.

Steve Grillo will serve as President, where he will be responsible for all sales, the architectural solutions group, and vertical markets.

Christy Gallo has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Culture.

To ensure stability and continued excellence in operations, George Dakin will continue to serve as Executive Vice President of Finance. Felicia Miano-Poles will also continue in her leadership role as Executive Vice President of Design and Project Management.

A Strategic Vision for the Future

Mark Loughlin will remain the company’s owner, and Bill Palmer the co-owner of Officeworks South. Mark and Bill will stay actively connected to key clients and partners and will support the new executive team in shaping the company’s direction and strategy.
