Who I am And What I Do
Mark joined Officeworks as a Principal in 2010, bringing over 15 years of industry leadership experience to our team. As CEO, his main focus is creating and maintaining A&D community relationships and developing new business for Officeworks. Mark enjoys working with our entire team of professionals to ensure a flawless furniture experience for our customers. Mark is no stranger to working with teams, having played in the Houston Astros organization for several years as a pitcher.
These days, in his free time, Mark is an avid bicyclist and competes in the Pan-Mass Challenge to benefit cancer research.
Who I am And What I Do
Leanne joined the Officeworks team in October 2021, bringing over 20 years of financial experience in the office furniture industry. She graduated from Clark University with a degree in Human Resources Development and a graduate certificate in Forensic Accounting from Northeastern University. As the Director of Finance, she offers financial operations support across all Officeworks locations. Leanne lives in Northborough with her husband and enjoys photography, gardening, and hiking with her two Alaskan Malamutes.
Who I am And What I Do
Peter has over 20 years experience in the field from both the manufacturer and dealership perspectives. As Managing Director, his main focus is on the activities and productivity of the Furniture Sales Team, Architectural Products Group and Customer Service departments. Peter’s main goal is to make sure we consistently provide the best experience and service to our clients. Peter lives in Wakefield with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth hockey.
Who I am And What I Do
Ricardo joined Officeworks in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Architectural Products. His passion for A+D, sales, and team development spans over 22+ years of experience within the design and furniture industry. He is laser-focused on leading, developing, coaching and cheering an experienced and talented architectural solutions team. He loves having engaging conversations with clients, as well as rolling up his sleeves and getting it done with his team. His focus is to develop THE elite go-to dealer architectural team in the region, build a strong portfolio of solutions and WIN! A few of his superpowers include listening, optimism, persistence, and cracking jokes.
In his free time, Ricardo loves to spend time with friends and family. He coaches his son Lucas’s U9 travel soccer team and cheers for his daughter, Bryanna’s dance recitals. He’s also passionate about health and fitness and participates in his CrossFit community 4-5 times per week.
Who I am And What I Do
George joined the Officeworks team in September of 2016 as the Financial Manager of Officeworks New York. George graduated from the University of Vermont in 2002 and brings with him over 11 years of financial management experience working with Turner Construction in Boston.
George and his wife Jenny have two children named George IV and Vivian. The Dakin’s enjoy spending time in the mountains skiing during the winter and waterskiing and boating during the summer.

Karen joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 21 years of design, sales, and project implementation experience. As Principal and Managing Director, Karen is focused on providing the highest levels of service to each and every client. She prides herself on her ability to develop “dream teams” in order to establish and maintain a concierge approach to client solutions. With a spotlight on effective communication, discipline, and integrity, Karen works with her teams to ensure that all Officeworks clients receive the best service and team experience.
Outside of the office, Karen enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and working out.
Who I am And What I Do
Sarah has been a leader in the Philadelphia contract furniture industry for over 20 years. Sarah joined Officeworks, formerly Workplace Environments, right after college and has never looked back. As the Executive Vice President of Sales, Sarah is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships and leading the team to support those clients. Sarah combines her ability to listen and her vast product knowledge to find innovative solutions for clients. Sarah has a solid track record of success with major accounts such as Hamilton Lane, Novo Nordisk, and The Hershey Company.
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, boating, and reading.
Who I am And What I Do
As Director of Human Resources, Christy is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and establishing a vision and direction for the full complement of core human capital programs, policies and services. This includes providing leadership and direction in the development of HR policies that promote maximum effectiveness in the Officeworks workforce while supporting the Officeworks mission. Christy’s prior experience includes over 15 years at Teknion and four years in education. Christy graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Accounting.
Outside of the office, Christy enjoys spending time with her family (husband and daughter), heading to the beach in the summer, using her new peloton, and vacationing.
Who I am And What I Do
Steve joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 21 years of experience in dealership services. As Executive Vice President of Development, Steve is focused on all aspects of customer experience and the Officeworks brand. He believes that hard work, respect, strong culture, effective communication, and a team approach are essential for success in all areas of the dealership experience.
In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with family, playing and watching sports, and participating in his church.
Who I am And What I Do
Chris joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing 12 years of experience and leadership in the interior products and workplace services industry. He is passionate about the growth and development of organizations and their people. As EVP of Corporate Strategy and Strategic Initiatives, Chris will ensure that company goals align with its mission and values. He will lead strategic partnerships, expansion and growth initiatives into new markets and segments, and the development of tools and resources to support clients and partners in a continuously evolving landscape.
Chris holds a BA in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Who I am And What I Do
Chris came to Officeworks in 2001. She began her career in Customer Support and continually gained knowledge and experience as she grew within the company to hold positions as sales assistant and project management, before moving into financial management. Her background and knowledge in the total process of operations has been a valuable asset, allowing her to understand the client’s needs and expectations for a smooth and positive experience.
Who I am And What I Do
A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Felicia has 12 years of experience in the furniture industry. As a designer, one of her principal roles at officeworks is to establish and maintain responsive relationships with clients and consultants during the design process. Felicia provides design services to clients, including site and inventory verifications, program development space planning and typical development. She also serves as lead designer on large-scale projects.
Who I am And What I Do
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Rebecca plays a crucial role at Officeworks. With over 25 years of industry experience, she provides support and integration across the entire Officeworks platform. She works closely with management in all locations to train, implement, develop and manage sales and sales support. Her experience of working in different roles within the furniture dealership allows her to work to improve business efficiencies as well as developing and maintaining business in all markets we serve.
Rebecca received her MBA in 2005 from the University of Phoenix and was a 1997 graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Facilities Planning & Management.
Rebecca loves to stay active and has been a group exercise instructor for over 20 years. When she is not at the gym Rebecca loves to spend time with her family, coaching youth girls’ basketball, attending sporting events and traveling.

Dennis brings 20+ years of experience to the Officeworks team. Dennis joined Officeworks as the Co-Managing Director of Officeworks NY/ NJ offices in January of 2021. Dennis previously spent 12 years with Teknion in various “new business development” and leadership roles. Dennis prides himself in bringing the best possible solutions to the clients he is working with. Dennis’s primary goal is to make sure our clients receive the best possible customer service and experience with Officeworks.
When not working, Dennis enjoys spending time at the beach with his family or playing some golf.
Who I am And What I Do
Bethany has over 20 years of experience in sales, leadership, and innovation. Her strengths include strong product knowledge, creative solutions, and a never-ending focus on simplifying and enhancing the customer experience. Bethany has worked with large clients in the commercial, education, government, and non-profit sectors. She specializes in being a partner with all members of a project, with a proactive attitude and dedication to detail. Bethany has a breadth of industry experience having worked for both dealers and furniture manufacturers.
Outside of the office, Bethany enjoys paddleboarding, tennis, and music.
Who I am And What I Do
Bill joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in the furniture industry. Previously, he co-founded and grew IMA Corporate Interiors to an award-winning furniture dealer in Atlanta, Georgia. As Principal of Officeworks South-ATL, his main focus is developing Officeworks’ footprint in the South. Bill’s strengths include problem-solving, team building, understanding clients’ needs, and a relentless passion for delivering an amazing client experience. Bill is no stranger to teamwork, having played both football and lacrosse at Hobart College, where he earned a degree in Economics.
Bill lives in Atlanta with his wife and three sons. In his free time, you will find him coaching lacrosse or enjoying the outdoors, fishing, and hunting.

Yvonne joined the Officeworks team in 2021 and has been in the furniture industry for over 11 years. Her well-rounded experience includes both front-end pursuits and back-end detail work, bringing a wealth of knowledge to every opportunity. As Principal, she works with the project team to ensure all resources are in line to deliver a successful project that everyone is proud of.
In her spare time, Yvonne enjoys travel, kickboxing, and spending time with family.

Dawn joined Officeworks in January of 2017 as Director of Client Services. Dawn has over twenty years of industry experience as both a Senior Sales Coordinator and an Account Manager. In addition to overseeing the Client Services department, she supports some key major accounts. She is a graduate of Boston College and lives in Dedham, MA with her husband Ryan and daughter Amanda.
Dawn enjoys running, knitting and crocheting, and spending summers with her family on Sunset Lake in New Hampshire.

Troy joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. During this time, he has held multiple positions, such as a Strategic Team Lead, Area Sales Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Logistics & Operations. Troy has served in multiple sectors, including Corporate, Healthcare, Financial, and Retail, focusing on National accounts. He has experience in both large corporate projects as well as multi-location roll-outs. Troy’s primary focus is to provide the best customer experience possible, and he relentlessly strives to exceed the client’s expectations.
Outside of the office, Troy enjoys exercising, camping, spending time outdoors, and listening to live music.
Who I am And What I Do
Chris has over 21 years of experience in the furniture industry working for general contractors, furniture dealers, and manufacturers. He was at Teknion for over 15 years and was directly involved in the launch of the Architectural Products division in 2000, traveling the United States working on countless high profile wall projects for clients like Exxon and American Express. As Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Architectural Solutions, Chris uses his extensive experience to guide the team through all aspects of a wall project.

Gary joined Officeworks in 2022, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. With an extensive background in furniture and wall installations, Gary brings great insight and problem-solving skills to unexpected situations in the field.
In his free time, Gary enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, going on hikes, and spending time at the beach.
Who I am And What I Do
Heather joined Officeworks in 2023 bringing many years of industry experience. She began her career in the commercial art world, matting, framing, and installing art before landing in the commercial furniture industry, where she has been for over twenty years. Heather graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in History and from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with an AST in Interior Design.
In her free time, Heather enjoys Jeep rides through the Pine Barrens and spending time with her retired racers (she adopts Greyhounds). At least once a year, she takes a vacation. Germany and Ireland are usually at the top of her list.

Connor joined Officeworks in 2023 with six years of industry experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and most recently, Director of Commercial Real Estate & New Business Development. Connor’s focus is on cultivating relationships within the CRE and A&D community while developing new business and brand awareness for Officeworks in Atlanta.
Outside of the office, Connor enjoys golf, baseball, and spending time with his family.
Who I am And What I Do
Erin joined Officeworks in 2022 with eight years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. After graduating from Dickinson College with a BS in Economics, she spent a few years in the financial services industry before stumbling into the world of corporate office furniture. Erin enjoys combining her financial background with her experience in commercial furniture to help her customers invest in their people through beautiful office spaces. She prides herself on customer service and loves being a resource for her clients. Erin has managed both large and small commercial projects ranging from law firms, to biotech, to higher education.
Outside of the office, Erin enjoys going to the beach, going out to eat, playing with her dog, riding horses, and spending time with friends and family
Who I am And What I Do
Grady has 13 years of experience in the Furniture industry. She graduated with a BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University and is a LEED AP. Grady’s responsibilities at officeworks include space planning, typical development, furniture drawings, specifications and finish selections. In her spare time you can find her running around with her son Charlie or outdoors with her two dogs Lola and Scarlet.

As an Ancillary Coordinator, Grace works with Sales, Design, and Special Projects to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and support. Her focus is on supporting ancillary projects, ensuring that all information and specifications are accurate throughout the project. Grace graduated from Wake Forest University in 2021 with a B.A. in Studio Art with a concentration in Printmaking and a minor in Writing.
In her free time, Grace enjoys making art, cooking, and spending time with her dogs, friends, and extended family.
Who I am And What I Do
Paige joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with 15 years of experience in the commercial and contract furniture industry. Her expertise and knowledge as a Designer and Commercial Furniture Specifier have allowed her to successfully utilize her skills in all aspects of the design and furniture process. Paige effectively conveys the client’s design through detailed furniture plans, specifications, 3D isometrics, and renderings. She enjoys collaborating with the internal team and clients to create designs that exceed their expectations. A 2003 graduate of Georgia Southern University, Paige holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from their CIDA Accredited program. She also has an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Atlanta.
Paige is a Pinterest fanatic who enjoys everything art and design related. She also enjoys crafting, spending quality time with family and friends, live concerts, and rolling a few strikes at the bowling alley.

Christine joined Officeworks in July of 2017 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. She has five years of experience in the contract furniture industry and twenty years of experience in marketing and visual communication. As a Marketing Manager, Christine’s focus is on amplifying the Officeworks brand in the industry. Christine graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Advertising Design. Outside of the office, Christine enjoys watching her kids’ sports activities, family trips to National Parks and monitoring the Sharktivity app for great white sightings.

April joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing over ten years of industry experience. A strong multi-tasker and team player, she is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. April has coordinated large and small projects across the United States in multiple industries, such as education, law firms, and pharmaceuticals.
In her free time, April enjoys being outdoors, camping, sports, and spending time with her family.
Who I am And What I Do
Sara strongly believes that office environments are an integral part of an organization’s culture. A company’s space should reflect the personality and priorities of their brand and help business leaders with one of their most critical challenges – the recruitment and retention of top talent. As the Officeworks DC lead for Marketing and Business Development, Sara spends her days growing the OW brand in the DC market with a particular focus on the A+D community, project management firms and commercial real estate brokers.
Outside of the office, Sara enjoys spending time with her two sassy daughters, winery days in the country, and Washington Nationals baseball.

Tammy has worked in the commercial furniture industry for 36 years gaining experience in manufacturing, accounting, project management, and customer service. In her role as a Sales Coordinator, Tammy creates proposals, checks manufacturer acknowledgments, verifies pricing, and coordinates deliveries with installers and clients. She is committed to assisting the team in any way she can to provide clients with a positive experience with our services.
Outside of the office, Tammy enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Elizabeth joined the Officeworks team in 2021, bringing over 13 years of industry experience. As a Design Manager for Architectural Solutions, Elizabeth is committed to providing exemplary customer service and attention to detail to ensure the best partnership with each and every client. With a primary focus on Architectural Interiors, Elizabeth uses her design foundation and analytical approach to provide solutions that best speak to your specific project’s design intent, performance requirements, and budget.

Darlene joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 20 years of industry experience in the dealer environment. As a Senior Project Manager, Darlene is focused on successfully executing each project through good communication, teamwork, and strategic planning. When away from work, Darlene enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, and taking her dog Laila for a walk at the beach or by the bay.

Jystina joined Officeworks in 2022 as an Account Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She is very detail-oriented and has extensive knowledge of the order entry process, from proposals to invoicing. Jystina thrives on completing difficult tasks and learning new things. Outside of the office, she enjoys basketball, photography, traveling, concerts, and anything involving NASA and outer space.

Cassandra graduated from Kean University in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design and a minor in Art History. Since then, she has worked exclusively in the furniture industry. She began her career as an AutoCAD designer and worked her way through the business to partake in the administration side. After five years in high-end residential, Cassandra used her acquired skillset in project management and administration, applying her knowledge to corporate office furniture where she currently supports retail and corporate projects for TD Bank. Cassandra’s experience and design background give her the ability to execute projects from start to finish.
Outside of the office, Cassandra enjoys spending quality time with her son, Clark and her husband, Alberto. She also enjoys creating personalized crafts and keeps busy transforming her family’s first house into a home.
Who I am And What I Do
Laurie joined Officeworks in 2023 with five years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. As an Account Coordinator, Laurie is the liaison between the customer, workplace consultants, and OW’s manufacturer partners. She prepares proposals, places orders, and coordinates deliveries and installations.
Outside of the office, Laurie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, hiking, and gardening.
Who I am And What I Do
As a Workplace Consultant at Officeworks, Gail has more then 25 years experience in the furniture industry specializing in large projects from conception to completion ensuring that each project is a success. Gail leads a very accomplished team and enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients, working as part of a team with a common goal.
Outside of work Gail enjoys golfing, The Capitals, Ravens, and spending time with her family.

Maria joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing 15 years of furniture industry experience in the dealer environment. As a Project Manager, Maria is focused on providing excellent customer support and is dedicated to executing each project through strategic planning, ensuring its successful completion.
Outside of the office, Maria enjoys cooking, movies, music, and spending time with her family and friends.
Who I am And What I Do
As a Project Manager at Officeworks, Jeff loves helping people understand the furniture delivery and installation process. He has spent the majority of his career in the contract furniture industry, gaining experiences in areas such as logistical planning, project site management and electrical coordination.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with family, backpacking, going to the beach, and adventure-oriented vacations.
Who I am And What I Do
Jessica joined Officeworks in June of 2012, coming to us with over 5 years of furniture industry experience. She graduated with a BS in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University and a BA in Interior Design from the University of Akron. Jessica’s responsibilities include program development, space planning, typical development, furniture drawings, specifications and finish selections. Jessica lives in Marion, MA with her husband Jon and three kids Aidan, Gavin, and Landon.
Who I am And What I Do
As a Project Manager, James focuses on building relationships with his customers and providing strong support for his internal and external teams. He is passionate about providing the best customer experience and approaches every situation with a teamwork mentality focused on solutions. He has experience working directly in the Boston and New York City markets and has supported other markets across the country.
Outside of the office, James enjoys baking sourdough bread , standup comedy, and photography.
Who I am And What I Do
Kris has over 30 years of experience in the contract furniture industry in many different support roles. She joined Officeworks in 2020 as a Senior Sales Coordinator focused on national accounts and, in 2023, was promoted to Corporate Trainer. Kris is very accustomed to working in a team environment—this is where she thrives!
Outside of the office, Kris enjoys listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and watching her daughter’s softball games.
Who I am And What I Do
Brad joined Officeworks in 2022, bringing 19 years of experience in sales, service, and management. Prior to joining Officeworks, Brad spent three years with Global Furniture Group serving as the Southeast’s Offices To Go Territory Manager.
In his free time, he loves to play golf, fire up the grill and see live music (of any kind). Brad and his wife are avid travelers with a commitment to “add a stamp to their passports” every year.

Mariah joined Officeworks in September 2018. She graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Interior Design. She started in the design field as an intern at Peabody Office and SGA in Boston. She believes quality design can influence lives for the better. Outside of work Mariah loves to cook and get lost in a good book or a new city.
Who I am And What I Do
With over 20 years of industry experience in the Atlanta market, Ryan has worked in all areas of the business, from installations and project management to business development and sales. Ryan joined the Officeworks team in 2021 after five years as an Account Manager with IMA, where he concentrated primarily on architectural walls. As a Sr. Account Executive, Ryan is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships within the general contracting and A&D community. From early discussions to product installation and beyond, Ryan is customer-centric and driven to exceed client expectations

Who I am And What I Do
Nick joined Officeworks in 2023 with eight years of experience in design and customer service. Nick has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Architecture from Marywood University. His education and experience have given him a strong foundation in design and project management. Nick’s passion for design and architecture and his sales knowledge make him a valuable asset to both the design and sales teams.
In his free time, Nick loves to travel, redecorate his house and spend as much time as possible with his dog.
Who I am And What I Do
John joined Officeworks in 2021 as Vice President of Business Development for Architectural Solutions with over 20 years of industry experience. He started his career as an Interior Architect in D.C., working for HOK and Stantec. After moving to New York City in 2010, John started working in the furniture sales and operations side of the industry, becoming one of the managing principles of a newly opened dealership. John has since held leadership roles at several commercial furniture manufacturers, most recently managing the New York region as Director of Sales for Inscape. A dedicated sales executive with a passion for design and teamwork, John uses his wide range of industry experience to help clients realize their goals.

Michelle joined Officeworks in December 2019, bringing 22 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from the University of Akron. Her responsibilities include space planning, typical development, furniture drawings, specifications and finish selections. Michelle lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and two sons.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and the beach.
Who I am And What I Do
Kymberly brings a high level of dedication to all aspects of the project, from managing the schedule to ensuring the seamless delivery and installation of your furniture. With over 20 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, Kymberly is skilled at foreseeing and preventing potential issues or conflicts before they arise. Through open communication with trades, partners, and clients, she ensures project milestones are met, questions are answered, and the project stays on track delivering a flawless result.
Outside of the office, Kymberly enjoys traveling, exploring beaches, gardening, and cooking.
Who I am And What I Do
Candy has worked in the furniture industry for over 22 years, gaining experience in government contracts, procurement, project management, and design solutions. As a seasoned Sales Coordinator she is passionate about advancing the customer experience and order processing. In addition to processing orders, she is also involved in account management and project closeout.
Outside of the office, Candy enjoys gardening, getting lost in a book, and relaxing in the pool.
Who I am And What I Do
Mickey recently joined Officeworks Inc and brings over 19 years of contract furniture experience to the team. She began as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst and moved into the role of Project Coordinator believing that Project Management was a bit more glamorous than accounting (after 10 years the jury is still out). She also handles Service Work for our clients and enjoys helping resolve their after sale issues quickly and painlessly to insure their furniture experience remains exceptional. She lives in Drexel Hill, PA with her husband Jim and Westie Sidney. She is an avid water walker and is always ready for a trip to the pool or beach house.
Who I am And What I Do
Bob has spent the majority of his 26-year career in the commercial contract furniture industry supporting dealers and manufacturers, gaining experiences in areas such as demountable partitions, systems furniture, and educational environments. As a Project Manager, Bob’s emphasis is on providing a better client experience while achieving the best possible result for our clients, team and industry partners. “Whatever you need – whatever it takes” is Bob’s mantra. He believes the best team players are humble, empathetic, hard-working, and rise to the occasion when called upon to do so. One of his favorite things is a punch-free project.
Outside of the office, Bob enjoys rugby, coaching, refereeing, and volunteering in youth sports.
Who I am And What I Do
Amanda joined Officeworks in November 2016, bringing with her an extensive background in facilities management and customer service. As Manager of Client Services, her primary role is to work hand-in-hand with the Workplace Consultants from project inception through completion. Her responsibilities include budget preparation, selection and specification of ancillary furniture, ordering and tracking product shipments, and coordinating installations. She also provides additional support to the Design and Project Management teams. Notable projects include Signant Health, Brixmor Property Group, Brandywine Global, Subaru of America, and the University of Delaware.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, travelling, and visiting aquariums and museums.

Jacquie has over 30 years of experience in interior design and furniture procurement. Her strengths include her strong product knowledge, patience and problem-solving skills. Jacquie has worked with large clients in the commercial, education, government, and non-profit sectors. He began his career in operations before moving to the dealer side of the industry, working for several leading furniture dealerships in the NY metro area. Eric has held roles in Account and Project Management, supporting large projects across multiple sectors from healthcare and pharmaceuticals to technology and financial services.
Outside of the office, Eric enjoys playing the drums, hiking, physical fitness, and spending time with his family.

Mark has worked in the furniture industry since 2002, starting his career as an installer where he took every opportunity to learn and complete the best product. He became a crew foreman and worked to get the best from his team on every job. With 10 years of experience installing Teknion products, including systems and walls, Mark works closely with our installers to provide the best product for our clients.
When not at work, Mark and his wife, Tina, enjoy using their travel trailer to spend time as a family with their 4 year-old son, Logan. They visit campgrounds or just go out in the woods hiking with their German Shepard, Calypso. They also enjoy the beach and traveling together.

As a Project Manager for architectural solutions and furniture, Melissa is involved in the many stages of projects, from assisting with proposal generation through installation completion. Her goal is to ensure a successful project that is on time and within budget while exceeding customers’ expectations and having fun. Melissa has ten years of experience in the contract furniture and prefabricated interior construction industry. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and uses her problem-solving and strong communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Kevin specializes in advising clients on how Workplace Strategy and Design can support and influence an organizations goal by optimizing Real Estate and Facilities to support the evolving workplace requirements. His focus is on building and maintaining solid customer relationships, and spends his days coordinating behind the scenes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

As a Senior Designer, she is experienced in both large- and small-scale projects. Doreen has a BS in Interior Design from the Colorado Institute of Art and a degree in Communications from Assumption College.

As Executive Assistant to Mark, Jennifer provides top-level support in a one-on-one working relationship. She maintains and organizes appointments and calendar scheduling and oversees day-to-day operations. She is relied upon to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
As Manager, Special Projects, Jennifer works on large projects from conception to completion ensuring that each project is a total success. She is a highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Some Responsibilities include: Complex ordering and scheduling, working hand-in-hand with a Designer & Project Manager & Closing out of a completed job with proper invoicing to the client.
Jennifer got her Associates and Bachelor’s Degrees in Interior Design and Facilities Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology then spent 10 years working in project services and office furniture installation and sales.

Ryan joined the Officeworks NY team in February 2017 as a project manager. In this position, he brings previous installation experience into a client focused role to ensure successful completion of projects from start to finish. A graduate of Fordham University, Ryan served in the United States Marine Corps and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom- Afghanistan.

Krista is a 2005 graduate of Penn State University, where she pursued dual degrees in Art History and Architecture. Prior to starting her contract furniture career in 2018, she spent over 10 years working in residential design. She loves helping her peers successfully execute design solutions, and assists the sales team with product selections, pricing exercises, and creating finish palette options. Part of her responsibility is to organize RFP response packages, product image starters, and finish packages.

Bill is a 3rd generation builder contractor who brings over 20 years of construction and project management experience to our team. He has worked in project management for several companies in the Tri-State NJ/NYC markets, most recently as Director of Project Management for an architectural interiors glass wall manufacturer. Bill has experience in industrial, commercial, and residential construction both internationally and domestically in California, Florida, and the Tri-State NJ/ NYC area. He also has extensive experience in global logistics, international trade compliance, and global finance. Bill’s passion for architecture, building and design, construction, and problem solving brings great value to our projects and Architectural Solutions team.

Jenny joined Officeworks as an intern designer for furniture products in the summer of 2018. She is a recent graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Master of Architecture degree. She has over 2 years of architectural and interior design experience, creating construction documents, concept presentations, and space planning. As a full-time designer, Jenny will be responsible for specifying furniture and wall products.

Danielle is a designer with over 15 years of experience with systems and Teknion product at the Philadelphia office. She is familiar with specifying both furniture and demountable partitions across the entire Teknion line. As Senior Designer she oversees specifications, is involved in the bid process and blended product solutions, and handles requests from a variety of long-time clients. A transplant to the Philadelphia area from upstate NY, Danielle lives in a creaky house with her husband, daughter, and cats. She enjoys watching This Old House episodes to get inspiration to buy materials for home-improvement projects that she won’t get around to, and occasionally plays disc golf in the woods. Her space heater is on under her desk nearly year-round, and she never leaves the house without bringing an extra layer (or two)!

Jodi Dakin Loughlin brings nearly 20 years of diversified commercial real estate experience to OfficeWorks. Jodi is a relationship-focused commercial real estate professional, with a robust career encompassing construction, development, acquisitions, recruiting and commercial office furniture. In 2010, Jodi and her husband Mark purchased OfficeWorks in Burlington, Massachusetts. Jodi provides business development services for our rapidly growing firm.
The daughter of an architect, Jodi began her career in construction marketing and business development, working for some of the nation’s very best firms including Suffolk Construction, Tocci Building Corporation and Metric Construction. As her local and national commercial real estate network grew, she transitioned to a successful recruiting role with Keller Augusta Partners. Jodi has placed many of the design, construction and development professionals that have influenced Boston’s growing skyline.
Jodi lives in Concord with her husband and business partner Mark. She has 3 children– Page (5), Alta (4) and Dakin (2). The Loughlins are skiers and spend their winter weekends on the slopes. She is also a passionate dog lover– particularly the Vizsla breed

Meaghan has a BS in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is currently working on a MBA in Green Building. With 8 years as a project manager and over 13 years as a designer Carol has a wide range of contract furniture experience with multiple furniture lines. She got her B.S. in Interior Design from West Virginia University in Morgantown and is experienced with AutoCAD and CAP software. Sarah McIntyre joined the Officeworks design team in September 2018. She is responsible for supporting the Officeworks team in designing creative furniture solutions to fit all her clients’ diverse needs. She has over 2 years of experience in the office furniture industry and is well versed in the architecture and design industry as a whole. Sarah attended Wentworth Institute of Technology where she graduated with a BA in Interior Design in 2016.

He has worked as a union carpenter, lead installer, and superintendent for various construction companies and projects across the country. As a former Marine, Paul understands the importance of teamwork and commitment and brings his best to every project. He was an active Marine from 1996-2005, serving tours in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Antoinette joined Officeworks in 2020 as a Senior Account Coordinator bringing with her over 20 years of industry experience. John graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor in Communications. His previous work experience was as an assistant project manager at the Lee Kennedy Company working on the Ted Kennedy museum. John has over 5 years of experience in the furniture industry with officeworks sales team. His focus is to continue to develop new business both in Boston and outside the city. In John’s free time he enjoys golfing and boxing at the George Foreman’s club. He also likes spending time on Martha’s Vineyard where his vacationed his whole life.

With almost two decades in the commercial furniture industry, Nicholas has guided customers through every aspect of the project experience, from concept through post-completion. Nicholas has a degree in Architecture from the University of Arkansas and is currently working toward PMP certification. Nicholas is a subject matter expert in ancillary and hospitality furniture. He has completed many hospitality projects for high-end multi-family housing developments, country clubs, and building lobbies. One of his favorite aspects of this industry is solving puzzles: he has become a master of herding cats and finding solutions to unique challenges.
Outside of the office, Nicholas enjoys painting, baking/cooking, playing with his dog (Teddy), and exploring his new home in Charlotte.

Denise is a Workplace Consultant at Officeworks DC. She has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, the last five years focusing on commercial furniture. Gina’s 22-year career began with a BFA in Interior Design. It then quickly found its way into furniture through many dealership roles, including CAD/Design, Project Management, Account Management, and Team Leadership. Her understanding of the entire process helped develop strong problem-solving and project execution skills that foster a client-focused service approach. Gina also spent several years on the manufacturer side, working closely with the A+D community to help develop project solutions. She has a strong passion for wellness in the workplace and recently acquired her WELL AP certification.

Adam joined Officeworks in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager and was recently promoted to the Director of Project Management for Architectural Solutions. Adam has over 20 years of experience in diverse sectors of the building design and construction industry and focused expertise in executing complex prefabricated interior construction projects. Adam is a graduate of Syracuse University’s School of Architecture and uses his creativity, critical-thinking, and communication skills to ensure successful delivery on our client’s vision. Keri joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with 15 years of experience as a commercial furniture dealer designer and specifier. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Interior Design. In her role, she works on all stages of a project, from furniture programming through project installation and space completion. Working on complex tasks is second nature to Keri, working with both the internal Officeworks teams and our clients to create functional designs, detailed furniture specifications, floor plan drawings, and isometrics.

Mike graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, where he a member of the Track and Field team with a specialty in the 400 meters. During his senior year Mike was voted by his teammates as team captain.

Lorraine joined the furniture world in 2012, she has many years of experience in procurement, project management, government contracts, and design solutions. As a veteran Sales Coordinator, she is passionate about advancing the customer experience and order processing. In addition to processing orders, she is also involved in account management and project closeout.
Outside of the office, Lorraine is a bookworm, thrift store/estate sale expert, and enjoys crafts.

Renee graduated with a BFA in Interior Design from Kean University. She has over 7 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She is experienced at managing both large and small scale commercial projects from concept to installation. Renee’s responsibilities include program development, space planning, typical development, furniture drawings, specifications, and finish selections.
In her spare time, Renee enjoys taking Barre classes, and spending time with her husband, cat and dog.

Yocarina joined Officeworks as an AP & Sales Tax Coordinator in November 2020. She graduated from Brooklyn College with a degree in Public Accounting, Business Management, and Finance. She has over 5 years of accounting experience, with 3 year of experience in sales tax accounting in the Furniture Industry.
Outside of the office, Yocarina enjoys baking and painting.

Timothy joined Officeworks in 2022 as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator. His focus is on raising brand awareness through our social media platforms and supporting marketing efforts across all of our locations. Timothy graduated from Drexel University in 2021 with a B.S. in Marketing. After graduation, he worked as a Digital Communications Specialist, gaining experience in content creation, social media strategy, and analytics.

Rachel joined Officeworks in 2022 as an Interior Designer. After graduating from Cazenovia College in 2017 with a BFA in Interior Design, she began her career in the high-end residential kitchen industry. In 2019, she transitioned to corporate office furniture and has been in the industry ever since. With a minor in professional decorating, Rachel brings a fresh look to projects and enjoys keeping up with the latest design trends. She loves collaborating with others, expanding her product knowledge, and being hands-on with projects.

Adria joined Officeworks as a Designer in 2010 bringing 14 years of furniture and demountable partition experience. Since joining Officeworks she has helped develop the Architectural Solutions team in many capacities. Adria has worn many hats: Designer, Project Manager, Team Manager, Trainer, and currently Director of Operations. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves to help the team deliver impeccable installations of all of Officeworks Architectural Solutions as well as provide training to the Design and Project Management teams. Notable projects include Partners Healthcare, Fresenius Medical, and Suffolk University.
A longtime New Hampshire native, Adria enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 little girls and her beloved dogs.

Laura joins officeworks with 5 years of furniture experience and 15 years of Interior Design/ Project Management experience working for a local Architect. Laura graduated with a B.S. in Interior Design from Endicott College. Her responsibilities include working closely with clients to assist throughout the design process. Laura’s role at officeworks includes space planning, furniture drawings, specifications & finish selections as well as project management for furniture installations.
She and her husband Justin have two children Luke and Charlotte who love the beach, gymnastics & hockey!

Colin joined Officeworks New York as a Senior Account Manager where he focuses on developing new business and strengthening current relationships. He has 5 years experience in the contract furniture industry and has proven his knowledge and ability to provide a complete solution to both designers and clients alike. His experience includes working on large, multi-location projects as well devoting equal focus to smaller projects to provide a consistent experience across the board.
Colin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Plymouth State University and was a member of Delta Mu Delta.
In his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his wife Mallika and their Yorkie “Beast”. He is also a dedicated New England Patriots fan originally from Rhode Island.

Megan joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with a background in interior design. As a Project Manager, she takes part in all phases of a client project, from electrical coordination and managing orders to tracking shipments and coordinating deliveries. She enjoys working directly with our partners to ensure success on every project, and her design knowledge is key to achieving that.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs and being on the lake.

Chris joined Officeworks in June of 2017. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Economics. Prior to Officeworks he spent three years in the financial services industry and two years in the real estate industry.
In his spare time he enjoys golfing, getting outside, and exploring new places inside and outside of the US. Supporter of Boston sports teams and the Tennessee Vols. Involvement with the Fragile X Research Foundation Nonprofit.

Felipe joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with 18 years of experience in the furniture industry, working as a team leader and furniture installer for some of Atlanta’s most premier installation companies. As a Field Supervisor, Felipe oversees all aspects of the installation process. He ensures the quality fit and finish of all specified products and is the on-site liaison between the general contractor, the Officeworks project team, and our installation partners. With furniture being his strength, Felipe is now focusing on Teknion systems wall training to master all facets of Teknion’s product offerings.
Felipe is married with two young children, Marko and Estela. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, and tattoo art.

Daniela joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with 18 years of experience in interior design. Originally from Argentina, Daniela graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle. She spent the majority of her career specifying furniture systems and designing corporate spaces with a focus on space planning. As an Account Manager, Daniela applies her knowledge in interior design to help clients achieve their vision while providing the best furniture solutions for their workspaces and budget. Daniela enjoys developing her client relationships and is passionate about finding the perfect furniture to complete their space.

Patrick joined Officeworks in 2023 from the commercial lighting industry, where he spent 13 years working for manufacturer reps and electrical distribution in the California Bay Area. He oversaw major bids like Apple’s new Apple Park corporate campus, Google, and Stanford School of Medicine.
A former collegiate water polo player, Patrick loves swimming in his free time. He also enjoys watching college basketball, snowboarding, going to concerts, and cooking.

Nancy has 25 years of combined experience in Project Management, Facilities and Move Management. She has Marketing degree from Penn State University. She has managed large complex projects for many clients over the years and responsible for coordinating information with vendors, contractors, installation companies, architect/designers and end users to ensure project success. In her spare time Nancy enjoys spending time with family and friends, movies and sporting events.

As a Senior Account Executive, Steve cultivates strong relationships with our client and industry partners. From early discussions to product install and beyond, he is customer-centric and driven to exceed client expectations. Steve is a professional member of the International Interior Design Association and Corenet New England. He has a BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an Associates Degree in Building Construction Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Outside of work, Steve is an avid runner, competing in road races from 4k to marathons. Steve lives in Walpole, MA with his wife and 3 children.

Kim has over 15 years of professional experience in sales support and account coordinating. She collaborates with the sales, design, project managers, delivery/installation team, and clients from project inception to completion. Notable projects include Univision nationwide, Soul Cycle, Crestron Electronics, and Blackstone NY.

Larry has more than 15 years experience in the design, architectural products and furniture fields. He has managed both large and small commercial projects from concept development to installation in a variety of environments including corporate, legal, financial and Higher Ed.

Garret graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor in Communications. He has over 6 years of sales experience in the contract furniture industry working for two New England dealerships previous to Officeworks. He focuses his efforts in providing clients, commercial real estate brokers, OPM firms and the A+D community the highest level of customer service, project management and furniture solutions. His focus is to continue to develop new business both in Boston and outside the city. In Garret’s free time he enjoys golfing, working out and spending time with his fiance Allie and dog Gus.

As a Senior Account Manager, Edwina combines her background in interior design and corporate leadership with a passion for client satisfaction and revenue generation. With almost 20 years of industry experience, she has long-standing relationships both on the manufacturer and client side. Her roles have included creating client standards, multi-floor furniture renovations and managing major national accounts. Edwina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design and is NCIDQ certified.

Mary has over 14 years of experience in developing commercial office environments. Mary began her career as an executive assistant, with quickly moving into project management and account executive roles. This breadth of experience has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel within the industry. She works with everyone involved to ensure the project goes smoothly, efficiently and ensures the client receives excellent customer service and a beautiful end result.
Outside of work Mary loves spending time with her family, training with her dogs and time on the farm with her family’s horses.

Lindsey has over 7 years experience in the contract furniture industry. She has successfully managed both large and small commercial projects from concept development to installation in a variety of environments including Corporate, Education, and Financial. Lindsey is a LEED AP, and is highly knowledgeable regarding sustainability and helps educate clients about environmentally responsible and innovative products. She is constantly a step ahead in analyzing customer requirements to help create dynamic furniture solutions that exceed expectations. Lindsey received her BAA in Interior Design from Algonquin College in Ontario.

Lindsey graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and Architecture. She has been in the design industry for ten years, starting in commercial office furniture design and transitioning to modular interior construction in 2017. The shift to Architectural Product design has been a perfect blend of architecture, design, engineering, and construction which fulfills all of her passions simultaneously. Lindsey joined Officeworks in 2022 and is excited to become a Teknion Architectural Solutions expert.

Scott joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with 20 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. As a Senior Workplace Consultant, Scott is committed to providing a top-quality customer experience to every project. He enjoys working with his entire team to create strong business accounts through effective communication, teamwork, putting the client’s needs first, and a belief in doing things right the first time.

Megan joined Officeworks as a Designer in November 2020 for the New York office. She brings over four years of Architectural Products experience from Teknion, with a background in Interior Design. In her spare time, Megan likes to hike, spend time at the gym, or hang out with family and friends.

Alejandro joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing over eight years of experience in office furniture and wall installations. He spent five years as a lead installer for a Teknion installation partner, supporting installations for Teknion and other competitive wall lines in the Atlanta market and at a national level.
In his free time, Alejandro enjoys family time, morning walks, cooking, and grilling. He also enjoys fixing and racing his Nissan 350Z and riding his road bike with his brother. Alejandro recently celebrated becoming a US Citizen this past July.

Gendaris joined the Officeworks team in 2023 with over five years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Payroll in the home health care industry. She graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Public Accounting and a double minor in Psychology and Computer Information Systems. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, Gendaris supports the Finance team by receiving and processing payments, acting as a liaison with customers and vendors, entering and processing incoming vendor invoices, processing project expenses and employee expense accounts, and assisting in month-end closings.
In her free time, Gendaris enjoys spending time and traveling with her family, watching movies and doing volunteer work.

Kaleigh joined Officeworks in 2022 with six years of experience in the contract furniture industry, working directly within the dealership environment. Her focus is on developing lasting relationships with clients, commercial real estate brokers, OPM firms, and the A+D community by providing the highest level of customer service, project management, and furniture solutions. In Kaleigh’s free time she enjoys being with her family, running and trying new food in her neighborhood of Boston’s South End.

Lauren joined the Officeworks team in 2022 as a Senior Designer. She brings with her over 25 years of Contract Furniture and Architectural/ Design experience. Most recently focused on Healthcare. She graduated from Winthrop University with a BFA in Interior Design and has been NCIDQ certified since 2000. As a seasoned designer and industry professional, Lauren works hard to provide creative and thoughtful design in helping clients achieve their workplace strategy.

Paige joined Officeworks in November 2016 as an Account Coordinator. In 2018, she transitioned into project management and was recently promoted to Senior Project Manager. She has experience in both customer and sales support roles, as well as a background in business development. Paige understands account demands and maintaining product knowledge. She graduated from Plymouth State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology and Anthropology. Paige also studied at Florence University of the Arts in Florence, Italy, as well as worked in Cork, Ireland during her time abroad.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys coaching lacrosse, skiing, hiking and spending time with her labradoodle.

Henry joined the Officeworks team as a Warehouse Manager in 2021, with over 20 years of industry experience. A native Atlantan, Henry loves the city and state he lives in. He graduated from the University of Denver in 2003, with his path ultimately leading to the furniture industry. He joined IMA (now Officeworks) in 2000, helping to grow the functionality and capability of their warehouse space while building the best, most experienced in-house install team. Having worked as an account manager, project manager, and warehouse manager, Henry feels at home both on the job site and in the boardroom.
In his spare time, Henry enjoys hunting, fishing, and cooking.

Kimberly joined Officeworks in 2013 as a Senior Designer. Prior to joining the contract furniture industry she spent over nine years as a project interior designer at an award-winning A&D firm. Kimberly is experienced at managing both large- and small-scale commercial projects from concept to installation. As Director of Design, she is involved in all aspects of the project, guiding her team to produce innovative workspace solutions that meet the client’s aesthetic and budget. An NCIDQ certified Designer, Kimberly received her MS in Interior Design from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, visiting farmer’s markets, traveling, and seeing live music.

Cate brings more than 8 years of work experience in the office furniture industry in customer service and sales support. Her responsibilities include budget development, specification of ancillary furniture, and working daily with vendors. Cate’s most important role is maintaining customer relations on a day to day basis. Cate currently lives in Oreland, PA with her husband Lou and son Nicholas.

Matt brings over 13 years of industry experience to his role as project manager with Officeworks. He is focused on building and maintaining solid customer relationships, and spends his days coordinating behind the scenes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. Matt earned a BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University and has worked as a designer for one of the major architectural firms in Philadelphia and within the dealership environment as well. In his free time Matt enjoys cooking, theater, candid photography, and time at the beach.

After graduating from Endicott College, Rebecca joined Officeworks in 2011. In 2017 Rebecca moved to New York City to assist in opening our office there. Since joining Officeworks she has managed many key accounts for companies that have offices throughout the United States and Canada. Her unique position at Officeworks as both a Designer and Project Manager allows her to ensure that details never get lost between design, order placement, and installation. She is involved in the whole process from initial design to client occupancy.

Christine joined the Officeworks team in October 2019 as Sr. Director of Business Development and Marketing. She has six years of previous work experience in the commercial real estate arena. She generates sales opportunities, market brand awareness, and maintains client relationships. Christine is customer-centric and driven to exceed client expectations.

Janae joined the Officeworks team with three years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. As a Sales Coordinator, she creates proposals, checks manufacturer acknowledgments, verifies pricing, submits warranties and punch claims, and coordinates deliveries with installers. Janae is committed to assisting the team in any way she can to provide the most positive experience for our clients.

Lisa joined Officeworks in 2021 as the Director of Sales, Education with 20+ years of experience in the industry. Throughout her 20-year career, Lisa has developed a well-rounded scope of experience from all sides of the furniture equation. Lisa’s focus on the OW team is to strengthen our relationships in the Education markets while also developing new relationships with end-users, architects, and owners reps.

Allison brings more than 20 years of experience in the facilities management, design, furniture, and retailing industries. Allison graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Interior Design. She has managed and serviced larger projects within the university, pharmaceutical, and banking industries. Allison has also established great partnerships over the years with our factory personnel. As a Senior Workplace Consultant, Allison finds the challenge of solving problems and working on complex projects to be rewarding . Notable projects include Astra Zeneca, Dow Chemical, Penn State University, PRA Group, and numerous corporate and retail locations for a large financial institution.
In her spare time Allison enjoys playing golf with her spouse, gardening, and cooking.

Jennings joined the Officeworks team in 2022, bringing over 10 years of design industry experience. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. As an Architectural Solutions designer, she takes pride in specifying the right wall solution per application and follows that detailed execution throughout the lifetime of a project.
In her spare time, Jennings loves to spend time with family and friends, her husband Eric, and her dog Gigi. She is an avid TV watcher and loves discovering new restaurants in Atlanta.

Yim joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 20 years of finance experience in the office furniture industry. She graduated from Lesley University with a degree in Business Management. As the Project Accountant, Yim assists the Finance and Architectural Walls Teams with GC invoicing, collections, reporting and AIA documents.
She lives in Newton, MA, with her husband and three kids and enjoys spending time with her family and trying out new food.
