Chris leads Officeworks with a perspective shaped by years of leadership across both the manufacturing and the distribution and service sides of the industry. This dual-sided experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain, allowing him to navigate complex business challenges with a practical, insider’s vantage point.

His primary focus is the intentional alignment of strategy, process and infrastructure, and a performance-based culture. By synchronizing these pillars, Chris ensures that Officeworks is uniquely positioned to serve its clients, teams, and partners within an increasingly complex and evolving landscape.

At the core of his leadership is a commitment to enablement. Chris views his role as a platform for support, dedicated to empowering the people, organizations, and communities he serves to thrive both today and in the future. Outside of his role at Officeworks, Chris enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, hiking, and traveling.

Who I am And What I Do

Sarah brings over 25 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. As Chief Revenue Officer, she champions sustainable growth by uniting sales, strategy, and execution – driving revenue growth and profitability while ensuring alignment across all client-facing and execution teams. Sarah provides strategic oversight for Sales, Design, Project Management, and Brand & Client Engagement, creating a seamless experience from initial engagement through project delivery.

Throughout her career, Sarah has been recognized for developing comprehensive revenue strategies that align market engagement with operational execution. With a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and long-term partnerships, she plays a critical role in delivering a superior client experience while advancing sustainable financial goals for the organization.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys raising her two teenage sons and spending time with her two dogs. She also loves tackling home projects, reading, hiking, and making the most of time with family and friends.

Who I am And What I Do

Steve joined Officeworks in 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in dealership services. As President, he leads the company’s strategic direction and oversees all aspects of the customer experience, with a focus on sales excellence, operational performance, and strengthening the Officeworks brand. Throughout his career, Steve has been recognized for building high-performing teams, fostering strong workplace cultures, and delivering measurable results through a combination of strategic insight and hands-on leadership.

Steve believes that success comes from hard work, mutual respect, effective communication, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. He is passionate about creating environments where employees and customers alike feel valued, supported, and empowered. Under his leadership, Officeworks continues to innovate in service delivery, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, watching sports, and being actively involved in his church.

Who I am And What I Do

As Executive Vice President of Design and Project Management, Felicia provides strategic leadership to design and project management teams across all locations. With more than 25 years of experience in the furniture and workplace industry, Felicia oversees team development, design strategy, process execution, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery and an exceptional client experience.

Throughout her career, Felicia has been recognized for her hands-on, supportive leadership style and her ability to align people, resources, and processes with business goals. She is deeply committed to mentoring talent and creating the structure and clarity teams need to perform at their best. Felicia believes that when teams feel trusted and supported, they consistently deliver outstanding results.

Outside of work, Felicia enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, and recharging by the beach.

Who I am And What I Do

George serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance, leading the company’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term fiscal health. A trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, he drives growth initiatives, ensures fiscal integrity, and manages risk across the organization.

With 18 years of senior financial leadership experience and a degree from the University of Vermont, George brings both expertise and vision to his role. He and his wife, Jenny, have two children, George IV and Vivian. The Dakin family enjoys skiing in the mountains during winter and boating and water skiing in the summer.

Who I am And What I Do

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Culture, Christy leads the strategy and vision for Officeworks’ people and workplace culture, ensuring employees feel connected, supported, and empowered to do their best work. She oversees all aspects of the human resources function, guiding human capital programs, policies, and practices that strengthen engagement, performance, and alignment with the company’s mission.

With 25 years of experience across corporate and educational environments, Christy brings a thoughtful, people-first approach grounded in strong business acumen. She holds a degree in Accounting from Penn State University.

Outside of the office, Christy enjoys spending time with her family, heading to the beach in the summer, using her Peloton bike, and vacationing.

Mark purchased Officeworks in 2010, bringing seasoned industry leadership experience and a clear vision for the company’s growth and evolution. As Founder and Owner, Mark has played a pivotal role in shaping Officeworks into a client-focused, relationship-driven organization. He remains actively connected to key clients and partners while supporting the executive team in guiding the company’s direction and long-term strategy. He also maintains shared ownership of Officeworks South with co-owner Bill Palmer.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time cycling and participates in the Pan-Mass Challenge, raising funds to support cancer research. A former pitcher in the Houston Astros organization, Mark has long valued teamwork, discipline, and performance-driven environments.

Bill Palmer serves as Co-Founder and Owner of Officeworks South, formed through a strategic partnership with IMA Corporate Interiors, the company he co-founded and led to become an award-winning furniture dealer in Atlanta, Georgia. With more than 30 years of experience in the furniture industry, Bill is known for his strengths in problem-solving, team building, understanding clients’ needs, and his relentless commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. He remains actively engaged with clients and partners while helping shape the growth and strategic direction of Officeworks South.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. A former football and lacrosse player at Hobart College, where he earned a degree in Economics, Bill continues to stay close to the sport by coaching lacrosse and spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.

Who I am And What I Do

Peter has over 20 years experience in the field from both the manufacturer and dealership perspectives. As Managing Director, his main focus is on the activities and productivity of the Furniture Sales Team, Architectural Products Group and Customer Service departments. Peter’s main goal is to make sure we consistently provide the best experience and service to our clients. Peter lives in Wakefield with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth hockey.

Who I am And What I Do

Liz joined Officeworks in 2024 with 26 years of experience in the commercial interiors industry, ranging from furniture, textiles, and carpet to tile. She spent ten years at Knoll in sales leadership, managing sales offices in nine states across the Southeastern US. As the Managing Director of Officeworks Atlanta, Liz is committed to ensuring that every client, employee, and partner has an exceptional experience every time. Liz thrives in a team environment surrounded by design professionals. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textile Design from the University of Georgia in 1997.

Outside of the office, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, Jaimie, daughter, Scarlet Wren, and German shorthaired pointer puppy, Dixie.

Karen joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 21 years of design, sales, and project implementation experience. As Principal and Managing Director, Karen is focused on providing the highest levels of service to each and every client. She prides herself on her ability to develop “dream teams” in order to establish and maintain a concierge approach to client solutions. With a spotlight on effective communication, discipline, and integrity, Karen works with her teams to ensure that all Officeworks clients receive the best service and team experience.

Outside of the office, Karen enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and working out.

Who I am And What I Do

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Samantha leads the DC team in delivering client and partner projects with a commitment to exceptional service and collaboration. With over 16 years of experience spanning design, sales, execution, and leadership, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Her expertise across the interior architecture, manufacturer representation, and furniture dealership sectors equips her with a unique problem-solving approach. Samantha emphasizes the importance of teamwork and synergy, believing it to be the foundation for success in every project.

Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys hiking, spending time with her dogs, and exploring design.

Who I am And What I Do

Scott joined Officeworks in 2023 with over 30 years of experience from both the manufacturing and dealer sides of the industry. As Managing Director of our new Nashville location, Scott will oversee and manage day-to-day operations and focus on launching the OW brand, creating new business at all levels, and building a performance-driven team that is customer-focused first and foremost.

Scott and his wife have three daughters and a golden retriever named Archie. Over the years, he and his family have lived in NC, DC, San Francisco, Dallas, and Nashville. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys golf, working out, traveling, and spending time with family.

Dennis brings 20+ years of experience to the Officeworks team. Dennis joined Officeworks as the Co-Managing Director of Officeworks NY/ NJ offices in January of 2021. Dennis previously spent 12 years with Teknion in various “new business development” and leadership roles. Dennis prides himself in bringing the best possible solutions to the clients he is working with. Dennis’s primary goal is to make sure our clients receive the best possible customer service and experience with Officeworks.

When not working, Dennis enjoys spending time at the beach with his family or playing some golf.
